Be 5 was founded on 5 interconnected principles for living which help you feel well: be curious (never stop learning), be connected (find people with common interests and different interests), be mindful (unplug, slow down, breath and reflect each day), be giving (doing good for others feels good), be ACTIVE (we only get one body, the one asset you must take care of.)
